Eric Wong is a strength and conditioning coach. His job is to help mixed-martial artists and athletes to take their game to the next level. He is the conditioning coach for Jeff “The Inferno” Joslin, Rory McDonell, Ray “The Hitman” Penny, Jack Szatko, and other members of Team Joslin, all proven elite mixed martial artists.
